Before You Return — Important
Before sending anything back, please email us at info@arciide.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We ask that you do not send items back without contacting us first.
When returning your item, please include a note inside the parcel with your name and order number. Returns received without this information may cause delays in processing your refund and in some cases we may not be able to identify your return at all.
UK Returns
Items can be returned and refunded as long as they reach our return address within 14 days of you receiving your order.
International Returns
Items can be returned and refunded as long as they reach our return address within 28 days of you receiving your order.
Conditions
- All items must be unused and returned in the same condition as received
- Returns received outside of the stated return window will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you at your cost
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. Where your original order qualified for free shipping, any refund will be minus our standard delivery charge
- Arciide is not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us
- If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned to be eligible for a refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@arciide.com before sending anything back.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following before getting in touch:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider — posting times can vary
- Contact your bank directly
